*The 2.50% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is an introductory rate available for the first six (6) months after account opening and requires automatic payment from an HSB deposit account. After the introductory period, the APR becomes variable and currently ranges from 6.50% APR to 8.25% APR based on credit score, debt-to-income ratio, and other underwriting criteria. Rates are accurate as of August 26, 2026. Variable APRs are based on the Wall Street Journal Prime Rate plus the applicable margin and are subject to change. The introductory APR will first adjust at the end of the six-month period and thereafter on each fifth anniversary of the Note Date. The APR will not fall below 3.75% APR or exceed 21.00% APR.
