How will you take care of your customers?
I meet customers where they are and help them navigate through any obstacle that prevents them from taking advantage of the products and services we offer. For instance, I've balanced a checking account for customers with vision issues; visited in a customer's home to help them with online banking; helped a customer qualify for a home when a seasonal job disqualified them from the secondary mortgage market. To me this is all in a days work and really gratifying.
Why is HSB the best place to bank?
HSB truly wants to see our customers be successful and reach their goals. As we work with customers a mutual respect and friendship evolves. When I hear disreputable things financial institutions do, I wonder, "Do they know their customer's personally and see them around town, at the grocery store or the gym?" My guess is no. To other banks they are just a number. It makes me happy to work where we know and appreciate our customers.
