Our Fourth Annual Calendar Contest
Deadlines & Themes:
Home State Bank is excited to be accepting photos from January 1, 2024, through October 25, 2024, for our 2025 "Iowa Through Your Lenses" calendar. If you are a bank customer, employee, board member, or family member, we invite you to submit your photo(s).
Our goal is to display all of Iowa's beauty through farms, parades, iconic locations across the state, fall foliage, of course, spring, and summer vacations, county fairs, winter charm, and everything in between. Our winners will be notified via email in November.
3 Easy Steps to Enter:
1. Name your photo(s) using the first and last name of the photographer. If you submit more than one picture, label each file with a number. Ex. JohnSmith1.jpeg, JohnSmith2.jpeg.
2. File resolution must be high-quality JPEG files. Any file resolution smaller than 300 ppi may not be considered. Total file upload should not be more than 7.5MB. Horizontal or landscape portraits are ideal, but vertical images may still be submitted.
3. Upload your digital picture(s) through our website, HSBANKIOWA.COM by October 25, 2024. Be sure to include the picture name and location in the comments.
Terms:
By submitting a photo entry to Home State Bank, you, the photographer, agree that you are the sole owner of the work and agree the photo is original, the image does not infringe the rights of any other person or entity, does not defame or invade the privacy of any person, and that you have the right and authority to grant to us the following right of use. You agree that HSB may publish, post online, edit, revise, and otherwise make unrestricted use of part or all of your work for commercial or non-commercial purposes, including, without limitation to, publishing all or part of your work in any print or online or other media outlets, for Home State Bank. You agree that this grant of use is royalty-free and perpetual. By submitting your photo(s) to HSB, you agree that we may use your name, image, city, state of residence, and other biographical information that you may provide if we use your work. HSB cannot guarantee that it will be able to provide acknowledgment in connection with all uses but will do so for this contest. If HSB cannot or does not provide such acknowledgment, you agree to waive any right to the same. The rights to use the photos become the property of HSB. HSB is not responsible for lost or misdirected photos.
